Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of core quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Experience with root cause methods such as 8D, 5 Why, and fishbone analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross functional work.

Responsabilités

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints and quality escapes.
• Develop and maintain control plans, FMEAs, and inspection standards for production lines.
• Run capability studies and SPC reviews to monitor process stability.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and new product launches with engineering and suppliers.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits and track findings through closure.
• Support gage repeatability and reproducibility studies and MSA efforts.
• Train production and inspection staff on quality procedures and defect recognition.
• Report quality metrics and drive continuous improvement projects across the plant.
