Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Packaging, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of related Food Safety or Quality experiences.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of time.
• Ability to manage cross‑platform projects and be comfortable with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, ability to apply engineering principles, and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Provide Food Safety Quality leadership through regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage material categories, ensuring specification compliance and supplier performance.
• Lead global initiatives including process improvements and team development.
