Lockheed Martin Corporation in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional for active flight operations programs. The role focuses on product quality, process improvements, and supplier coordination to meet stringent reliability standards.

You will lead investigations, drive corrective actions, and work with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to sustain quality across the lifecycle of the F-35 and related products.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance experience in an active flight operations environment.
• Experience working with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop corrective action plans for product & policy non-conformance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience in presenting to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to issue, track, receive/document and report closure of quality issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action decisions and validations.
• Support integration with SQM, SCM, Production Aircraft/Material Survey groups.
• Develop and implement improvements that reduce quality escapes to the field.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
