Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working expertise in AS9100D and/or ISO 9001:2015 is a prerequisite. You have built or operated inside the standard and can write procedures that pass external audit.
• Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to a QMS implementation or third-party certification effort.
• Fluency in structured problem solving, FMEA, control plans, and process capability analysis.
• Strong GD&T fluency and the ability to read, interpret, and challenge engineering drawings.
• Equally effective in a procedure review and on the shop floor.

Aufgaben

• Architect, document, and own Foundry Robotics’ AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 QMS, and lead the company through third-party certification.
• Run the internal audit program, management review, and supplier quality, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Own inspection plans, control plans, first article inspection, and quality records across assembly, test, and calibration operations.
• Own nonconformance and corrective action end to end. Lead containment, drive root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.
• Serve as the quality point of contact for customer audits and source inspections, and report quality performance to leadership and customers.
• Mentor inspectors, technicians, and junior quality staff as the team grows.
