Responsibilities
Execute quality control activities across Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), End-of-Line (EOL) inspection and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
Lead and support structured problem-solving activities using 8D Methodology, 5 Why’s Analysis and Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagrams.
Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop, update, and maintain Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Inspection standards and checklists.
Support internal, external, and certification audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, regulatory).
Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Three years of experience in automotive or manufacturing quality
Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC)
Six Sigma Green Belt (or in progress)
