Job summary

Apollo Medical Extrusion Technologies, Inc. in Sandy, UT seeks a Sr. Quality Engineer to drive product and process quality, validation, and regulatory compliance. You will lead risk management, CAPAs, and qMS initiatives while supporting customer interactions and training across shifts.

You’ll apply Lean Six Sigma methods, automate quality systems, and analyze data with PowerBI, Minitab, and Excel to improve FPY and project success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
Experience with Lean-Six Sigma projects and cost improvements.
Experience with automated measurement systems and SPC.
Experience with data analytics tools including PowerBI and Excel VBA.

Responsibilities

Work on quality aspects of product/process development and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute validation protocols (TMV, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Maintain risk management files and control plans; support customer interactions.
Lead quality-related training and act as SME for measurement systems.
Drive automation, eQMS, Quality 4.0, and electronic SPC implementations.
Investigate NCRs, perform root cause analysis, implement CAPA.
Coordinate COPQ metrics and improve cost quality metrics with data analytics.
