Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Quality Engineer in aerospace or similar manufacturing
• BA/BS in Quality, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with flight-qualified hardware and regulated standards
• Strong written and verbal communication
• ITAR awareness and ability to work in controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Interpret drawings, specs, ICDs, ATPs
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, suppliers
• Maintain audits, documentation rigor and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven methods
