Zusammenfassung

Beehive Industries seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to lead dimensional inspection and FAI activities for aerospace CNC machining. You will apply GD&T on complex drawings, develop inspection and control plans, and drive quality improvements in partnership with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

The role requires AS9100/ISO 9001 experience, CMM programming knowledge (PC-DMIS or similar), and a strong track record in RCCA and SPC analysis within a high-precision, defense-related

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in aerospace/defense or precision machining environments preferred.
Hands-on AS9100/ISO 9001 manufacturing experience.

Aufgaben

Lead dimensional inspection activities using metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators).
Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9102 requirements.
Interpret drawings with GD&T to verify conformance and maintain inspection plans.
