Job summary

enVision Staffing Solutions is assisting a global engineering and manufacturing client with a Senior Quality Engineer role in Massachusetts, southeast of Providence. The position focuses on aerospace and medical components, including ceramic-to-metal seals, with a direct-hire path.

You will drive product and process quality across operations, lead investigations, and manage regulatory interfaces while maintaining the QMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
• Aerospace and/or medical device experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of CAPA, MRB, NCMR, RMA processes.
• Statistical tools (SPC, DOE, Minitab or equivalent).
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or AS9100 quality systems.
• Familiar with handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) under ITAR/EAR/NRC.

Our client , a global engineering and manufacturing company seeks a SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER for a direct hire opportunity to join a high tech team that is supporting aerospace and medical industries in the production of ceramics and metals that are used in components for aerospace and implantable medical components Southeast of Providence R.I. in MA.

Salary $100-140k plus 20% bonus, benefits, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO and 5 days sick time, medical benefits begin your first 30 days, great plant employee culture!!!

The role is an exciting opportunity to join a global, dynamic, Hi-Tech team, supporting the medical and aerospace industries.They are the industry leader in development and manufacturing of ceramic to metal seals for both Aerospace and Medical markets.

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for driving product and process quality performance across manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key technical leader, owning complex investigations, leading customer and regulatory interactions, and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The Senior Quality Engineer operates at the intersection of production, engineering, and customer quality, providing both hands-on execution and leadership across critical quality initiatives in aerospace and/or medical manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities across Product & Process Ownership, Customer & Regulatory Interface, Quality Systems & Compliance, Validation & Risk Management, Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement, Supplier & Inspection Support and Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements
