Are you a detail-driven engineer with a passion for process improvement, data-driven decision making, and building smarter systems? We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our client’s team and take the lead on ensuring products not only meet but exceed safety and performance expectations.

In this role, you won’t just monitor quality — you’ll elevate it. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, partner with R&D, drive new product development (NPD), and influence the manufacturing floor with hands-on training, strategic planning, and a deep focus on quality excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead quality initiatives from concept to completion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build product specs and test methods
• Build and implement robust quality systems, from PFMEAs and GR&Rs to audit procedures
• Serve as a mentor to Quality Technicians and Specialists, elevating technical capabilities across the team
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective action planning — be the go-to problem solver
• Introduce data-led improvements using SPC tools and modern quality software
• Support supplier audits and ensure incoming materials meet all performance standards
• Report on quality metrics and continuously refine how success is measured

Qualifications You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or Industrial Technology
• 5+ years of experience in quality or process engineering in manufacturing
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a major plus
• Experience with ISO standards, GMP, or SQF quality systems
• Strong communicator, project manager, and trainer
• Skilled with SPC tools, Microsoft Office, and statistical analysis
• Bonus: Experience with Oracle or Infinity SPC software
