Job summary

Lightship is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to support the production of a luxury electric RV. You will develop and maintain quality standards, lead investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

You will also manage supplier quality and ensure product integrity from incoming parts to final assembly. The role requires punctual presence at 8:00 am daily and a collaborative, autonomous approach in a flat organization.
