Job summary

This senior role combines strategic ownership with practical execution, delivering ISO 9001 QMS management, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance while mentoring a growing team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with applicable experience.
• Minimum 8 years manufacturing-quality experience across QA, supplier quality, audits.
• 3+ years of leadership managing teams and programs.
• Hands-on ISO 9001 QMS implementation and audits.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans and MSA.
• EHS exposure including hazard assessment, incident investigations and training.
• Ability to read drawings and regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of the Quality Management System per ISO 9001.
• Coordinate quality audits, certifications, management reviews and CAPA.
• Establish inspection processes for incoming, in-process and final checks.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product, process and supplier issues.
• Partner with Engineering on design reviews, production readiness and validation.
• Manage supplier quality activities including APQP, PPAP and supplier qualifications.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs covering workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Lead and develop the Quality and EHS organization as it grows.
