Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to join our life sciences team anywhere in the US. You will connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing data to deliver compliant, AI‑assisted quality workflows across eQMS/QMS platforms.

You will own technical deliverables, guide validation, and partner with QA, IT, and client teams to drive quality outcomes in regulated environments. Travel 80–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or digital QMS experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Experience delivering requirements, process maps, data mappings, or test artifacts.
• Ability to travel 80-100% as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data points.
• Document process flows, user stories, requirements, data mappings, and interfaces.
• Support CAPA, change control, deviations, investigations, and inspection readiness.
• Design and improve digital‑quality workflows with eQMS/QMS platforms.
• Connect QA/QC with laboratory and manufacturing data across systems.
• Develop data models and mappings relating quality events to products and processes.
• Collaborate with architects on APIs, instrument connectivity, and data movement.
• Prepare and execute test scripts; maintain traceability of requirements and risks.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
• Coordinate with client teams to address GxP, data integrity, and end‑to‑end traceability.
• Contribute to governed AI applications for quality with human oversight.
