Practical experience leading and managing projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Initiative and drive for results.
Knowledge of AI tools is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-functional projects and build modern, data-driven tools.
Design Power BI dashboards and automate key processes.
Align leaders across functions to break down silos and drive initiatives.
Influence leadership and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, visibility and performance.
Shape data-driven strategies impacting product performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with analysts and mentor junior staff; support product performance leadership.
Develop and refine statistical models for forecasting and quality risk points.
Identify, collect, clean, and prepare data; supervise data pipelines and governance.
Create scripts and dashboards to automate tasks and improve response times.
Basic programming in SQL, Python, and DAX.
