Job summary
Mesa Labs is seeking a Quality Control Specialist IV in Bozeman, MT to lead advanced QC activities and mentorship across teams. You will oversee inspections, data analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement to ensure products meet stringent standards in pharmaceutical/disinfection control.
Requirements include a high school diploma and 4–6 years in manufacturing QC, plus proficiency with ISO/Six Sigma and measurement tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4–6 years in manufacturing QC.
- Experience with ISO and Six Sigma quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced inspections and tests on materials and finished goods.
- Document inspection results and non-conformances; maintain quality records.
- Lead cross-functional quality meetings and drive CAPA actions.
- Analyze quality data and implement SPC methodologies to monitor performance.
- Assist in internal and external audits and ensure QMS compliance.
