Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Senior Associate to lead and implement the QC program on small to mid-sized projects. This role partners with Site Ops teams, coordinates inspections, and drives timely punch list completion while ensuring client satisfaction.

Candidates should hold active CQM certification, OSHA-30, and experience with Procore and Cx Alloy. Strong communication and a solid understanding of CSA/MEP disciplines are essential; a competitive benefits package is

Qualifications

• Active CQM certification (or active certification that can be refreshed within 3 months).
• OSHA-30 certification or within 3 months of hire.
• Experience implementing QC programs and the 4 phases of control.
• Procore and/or Cx Alloy documentation experience.
• Strong communication with project teams and clients.
• Knowledge of CSA and MEP disciplines and local codes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and implementation of the QC program.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and non-conformance resolutions.
• Lead QC activities with Site Ops teams and coordinate with clients.
• Oversee submittals, material inspections, and third-party tests.
• Prepare meetings agendas and QC documentation templates.
• Maintain QC records, reports, and progress updates.
• Support startup, commissioning documents, and project closeout.
