McMillen, Inc. in the United States seeks a Quality Control Manager with heavy civil construction experience to lead the quality program for dam and lock electrical projects. You will implement QC procedures and coordinate inspections to ensure contract compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 5+ years in QC on heavy civil projects, and USACE CQCM certification or ability to obtain. OSHA 30 preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is highly desired.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience in a Quality Control capacity.
• Experience with dam and lock electrical work is required.
• USACE CQCM certification or ability to obtain certification.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with contractual requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Verify materials meet approved submittals and specifications.
• Execute testing procedures in accordance with contract documents and industry standards.
• Prepare professional correspondence for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor, document, and track QC documentation, including daily and inspection reports.
