Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Quality Control leader to direct lab activities, ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, and internal standards, and drive QA initiatives.You will lead investigations, coordinate with regulators, and develop department strategy with budget oversight.

The role requires extensive regulatory knowledge, management experience, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment at a Haleon site in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science and 8 years in an FDA regulated industry.
• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA and ICH guidelines.
• Demonstrate initiative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Requires project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QC unit operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Ensure lab activities follow USP/EP and other standards.
• Lead laboratory investigations (OOS/OOT) and drive corrective actions.
• Interact with Regulators and internal auditors; support inspections.
• Develop strategy and operational plans for the department; budget oversight.
