Job summary

Haleon in West Virginia seeks a PPR Specialist Quality to oversee the site product lifecycle, including periodic product reviews, change controls, stability programs and complaint management, with CAPA investigations as needed.

The role requires collaboration with Technical, Stability, Production and QA teams to ensure GMP compliance, timely PPR reporting, data trending, and robust documentation in the Veeva QMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, pharmD or science-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of GMP, QA systems and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality system and procedures for PPR in compliance with SOPs.
• Compile PPRs in line with site procedures and timelines.
• Collect data, perform review, and incorporate PPR elements into reports.
• Retrieve data from VQMS and SAP for investigations, CAPA, and trends.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely and compliant PPR completion.
• Provide assessment of PPR data and recommend improvements; trend where needed.
• Peer review PPRs written by other writers.
• Identify out-of-trend issues to facilitate investigation and resolution.
