Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction quality control or construction management experience.
• Experience implementing quality control programs for infrastructure projects.
• Active travel to project sites throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications and federal standards.
• Coordinate quality control inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
• Oversee inspection and testing for civil works and track deficiencies.
