Job summary

ARC Services is seeking a Quality Control Inspector III to drive quality excellence across manufacturing and receiving processes. You will perform inspections, analyze data, and ensure products meet strict quality standards.

You will review MTRs/CMTRs, mentor junior inspectors, and support adherence to codes and company policies, including NDE tasks and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Quality Inspection experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• AWS CWI certification.
• Experience with X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) inspection and material verification processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, technical documents, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections in Manufacturing and Receiving to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Monitor production operations to ensure conformance with company procedures and applicable codes and standards.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Generate, review, and maintain internal quality documentation as well as customer-required quality records.
• Perform Nondestructive Examination (NDE) Level II inspections, including Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Review and interpret Material Test Reports (MTRs) and Certified Material Test Reports (CMTRs).
• Read, understand, and apply applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Train, mentor, and support junior inspectors.
• Assist with the enforcement of company policies and quality procedures.
• Support the Quality Manager with quality initiatives, projects, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
