Job Summary:

As a Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, you'll inspect products to ensure they meet strict specifications and quality standards. You'll collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and help improve our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Address quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Work with production teams to improve quality control processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Zeiss CMM and/or Calypso software.
• High school diploma (or equivalent); technical education or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a quality inspector in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications (ASME 14.5Y GD&T required).
• Experience with precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., AS9100) and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
