Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Senior Quality Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance across USDA- and FDA-regulated facilities. You will oversee audit readiness, validation programs, and CAPA processes, partnering with QAMs and QA leadership to drive continuous improvement.

You will train teams, coordinate inspections, manage regulatory responses, and ensure adherence to SQF/BRC standards while fostering a strong Food Safety Culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or science related field, with experience in FDA/USDA environments.
• Experience with SQF/BRC and site audits is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure audit readiness across sites by coordinating inspections and corrective actions.
• Lead or support site audits, investigations, and CAPA effectiveness.
• Oversee validation programs including allergen and SOP/SSOP validations.
• Develop and update quality systems, HACCP, and Food Safety Plans.
• Monitor training compliance and regulatory changes.
