The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for leading quality assurance and control activities in software development and releases to the current production environment. This role focuses on testing customer-facing applications on Ziosk devices, including backend and frontend applications.

The Main Course Responsibilities

• Work closely with UX Engineers to test layouts, menus, surveys, and other UX assets to ensure they meet defined requirements.
• Develop and maintain test cases for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the team to improve and automate testing methodologies.
• Continuously evaluate and update existing test cases, creating new tests to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize advanced technical skills, innovative perspectives, and creative approaches to address issues.
• Analyze trends to identify gaps in testing, development, or processes to enhance quality.
• Implement methodologies to support ongoing improvements in quality and delivery.

What You Bring To The Table - Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance for mobile and web solutions.
• Experience in UX testing on Android devices.
• Experience testing Android devices and Point of Sale and Payment systems.
• Proficiency with Jira and Atlassian tools.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with automation is a plus.
