Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer 4 to lead and advance our quality program. The role focuses on developing and evaluating processes, procedures, and applications to support project, program, and construction management services.

You will guide teams, apply expert knowledge, and influence long-range quality objectives across locations, including Idaho Falls, ID and Richland, WA. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in engineering, quality assurance, industrial systems engineering, or related field.
• Experience: minimum of 20 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Preferred: professional training/certifications in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develops advanced quality concepts, techniques and standards.
• Governs development and evaluation of processes to maintain an effective quality program.
• Guides cross-functional teams toward long-range quality objectives.
• Works with internal/external resources and uses independent judgment to accomplish goals.
• Maintains broad expertise and applies it to enabling future product success.
