Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing.
• Propose, define and implement processes and standards for improved test automation.
• Lead collaborative design reviews, perform test code inspections and ensure quality computer integration into overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing to optimize test automation execution.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and
• 8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.
• Employer will accept a
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and
• 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of progressive experience.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

• 5 years (4 years with a Master’s) of experience in software testing and test automation with Selenium,
• Playwright, or similar tools.
• 3 years of experience in mobile application testing including usability and user experience.
• 3 years of experience in C# and Transact-SQL (TSQL).
• 3 years of experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with frameworks like SpecFlow or similar.
• 3 years of experience in API testing using Postman, Newman or similar tools.
• 3 years of experience testing for security vulnerabilities in web applications based on OWASP Top-10 or similar.

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Base Pay Range for this position: $118,414 - $186,000 per year.
