Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Sr. Quality Associate I/ Sr. Quality Associate II to support QA Packaging Quality systems.

The role interfaces with manufacturing and support groups to execute site quality processes, including Change Control, Discrepancy Management, CAPAs, and Regulatory submissions. Strong cGMP knowledge and attention to detail are essential. Ideal candidates will have BS/BA in STEM with years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate complex information to management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in STEM with minimum 5–6 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality systems and cGMPs across packaging.
• Experience with Change Control, Deviation Management, CAPAs, QMS documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support QA Packaging Business Unit with quality oversight and systems.
• Interface with plant manufacturing and support groups to execute site quality systems.
• Represent Quality at project meetings and provide expertise and guidance.
