Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Quality Associate II-III/Sr. Quality Associate I, QC (Sterility) to support routine QC Sterility testing, data analysis, and shift coordination. The role includes training, SOP adherence, and cross-functional collaboration within the Sterility laboratory environment.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree with lab experience, SAP proficiency, and strong organizational skills to manage complex testing workflows and maintain compliance with cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing/gowning/operating in a classified environment.
• Proficiency using SAP strongly preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and lead; related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data.
• Coordinates work activities and scheduling.
• Coordinates employee training.
• Communicates effectively across the organization.
• Oversee instrumentation within the QC Sterility lab.
• Troubleshoot issues and support testing analysts.
• Manage qualification/installation of new instruments.
• Prepare analytical reports and method validations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects.
