Job summary

LDRM seeks a Senior Quality Analyst to monitor, measure, and analyze product and process performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and customer requirements. The role includes auditing, data tracking, and reporting to management, plus driving improvements in the Quality Management System.

The candidate will work with the Quality Unit to identify training opportunities, prepare reports, and support root cause analysis and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Advanced computer skills with working knowledge in Excel.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, entering, tracking, trending, analyzing data and preparing and reporting data in meaningful ways.
• Reviewing trends with management and proposing corrective actions.
• Partnering with Training Unit to create refresher/targeted training based on trend data.
• Conducting ad-hoc quality and audit inspections on products, services, and processes.
• Providing assessment/feedback on inspections or procedures as needed.
• Monitoring and maintaining Quality Management Systems; communicating non-compliances to Operations.
