Overview

As a Senior Quality Analyst: Automation Testing with Cypress and Typescript, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks that enhance testing efficiency and ensure data integrity across enterprise applications. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable automation solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress and TypeScript
  • Write and execute simple to medium SQL queries to validate data and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand enterprise tech stacks and develop automation solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
  • Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and provide solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability
  • Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes and tools

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until October 10, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 and $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
