Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including minimum 10 years in DevOps or build engineering within C/C++ environments.
• Extensive experience with Qt application development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and scripting languages (Bash, Perl, PowerShell).
• Strong knowledge of MSVC libraries and Linux system libraries.
• Proven expertise in managing GCC compiler upgrades and build toolchains.
• Proficiency in build tools such as gmake and Bazel.
• Good exposure to CI/CD software such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Python and scripting languages to automate workflows, enhance build processes, and support testing and deployment activities.
• Manage and upgrade GCC compiler toolchains for cross‑platform performance.
• Work with MSVC libraries and Linux system libraries for robust cross‑platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain build systems using gmake and Bazel.
• Integrate and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality software.
• Apply best practices in version control (Git) and SDLC management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
