QuEra Computing Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our QPU Software Engineering team in Boston, MA. You will own core software components and help build the next generation of quantum computer management systems.

You will collaborate with physicists, hardware engineers, and senior developers to ensure mission-critical code is robust, scalable, and easy to operate. Prior quantum computing experience is not required, making this a strong entry point into the field.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C++ and Python.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/RESTful web services.

Responsabilités

• Own mission-critical software components in the QPU software stack.
• Collaborate daily with physicists, hardware engineers and senior developers.
• Help design scalable, cloud-native control and calibration services.
