Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare software solutions in Phoenix. You will lead architecture, design, and coding initiatives while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare tech, hands-on QNXT experience, and strong SDLC knowledge. You will drive integrations, APIs, and verification activities, ensuring best practices across configuration and change management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in healthcare technology environments.
• Direct, hands-on experience with QNXT platforms and healthcare payer systems (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in software architecture, design, development, and integration.
• Experience developing enterprise platform software, integrations, and communication frameworks.
• Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with software configuration management and change management practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions.
• Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives.
• Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks.
