L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking a Senior Specialist, Quality Engineering to serve as a QMS Auditor responsible for planning and conducting AS9100/ISO 9001 audits across manufacturing and other functions.

You will drive CAPA processes, report audit findings, and support external audits while traveling up to 30%. A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of quality experience is required, with higher degrees or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Quality experience in Engineering and/or Quality Management.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule and conduct audits of documented policies, procedures and practices of the quality system in manufacturing and other functional areas.
• Act as site focal for AS9100 compliance and support CAPA processes.
• Perform QMS audits based on AS9100, ISO9001, customer and internal requirements; collect evidence to verify processes meet requirements.
• Create substantive audit reports, populate audit database with results, and communicate findings to management.
• Coordinate and support external customer and third‑party audits and interface with customer representatives.
• Travel up to 30% and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
