Job summary

FutureScape Global Incorporated in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Quality Environment Health and Safety Manager to lead a 10-person team across quality, environment, safety and health in a 24/7 plastic injection molding operation.

You will implement ISO standards, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma, delivering analytics to stakeholders via Excel and Power BI. This role requires 3 years of management experience, regulatory knowledge, and staff training ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality or equivalent.
• 3 years manufacturing quality, health and safety audits and reporting.
• 3 years management experience.
• Experience with plastic injection molding.
• Familiar with federal, state and local regulations.
• Lean methodologies and CI project experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Strong communication and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audits and reporting to ensure compliance and performance.
• Design and monitor performance indicators to track trends and variance causes.
• Support management with in-depth process and standards analyses.
• Lead cross-department projects and facilitate root-cause analysis.
• Communicate findings and status across the business.
