Germer International is seeking a QC Specialist II to perform hands-on quality control testing supporting CGT and related products. The role requires expertise in cell-based immunology assays, potency assays, and flow cytometry within a GMP environment.

You will execute routine and non-routine testing, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Analytical Development, and other QC teams to ensure timely, compliant results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or related life science discipline.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and non-routine QC testing to support CGT and viral vector manufacturing operations.
• Execute cell-based immunology assays, potency assays, and flow cytometry.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments used for cell-based assays, potency testing, and flow cytometry.
• Analyze and interpret analytical data to determine if results meet acceptance criteria.
• Maintain laboratory readiness, equipment status, reagent inventory, and appropriate controls.
