Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. in the Greater Portsmouth Area, NH is seeking a QC Scientist – Raw Materials to join the Analytical Chemistry & Method Validation team.

This onsite role focuses on analytical testing of raw materials used in therapeutics, with emphasis on method validation, GMP compliance, and investigations. You will support method transfers, validate analytical methods, review data for integrity, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Science & Technology, and Logistics teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field required.
• GMP-regulated pharma/biotech lab experience preferred.
• Understanding of analytical testing, method transfer, and validation principles required.
• Experience with LIMS/TrackWise or electronic lab notebooks preferred.
• Strong technical writing, data review, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing supporting method transfers, validations, investigations, and QC activities.
• Implement and transfer analytical methods within the laboratory.
• Review test data for GMP and data integrity compliance.
• Support validation, transfer, and investigation projects.
• Investigate lab events, determine root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing Science & Technology, and Logistics teams.
