The role reports to the Microbiology Lab Supervisor and requires meticulous recordkeeping, adherence to QA procedures, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Microbiology or Biology with 5+ years of related experience and familiarity with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biology with 5+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterility testing (SDAs/BI) and non-sterile bioburden testing while maintaining a sterile field.
• Conduct LAL testing and perform related validations/revalidations.
• Support training and testing to ensure timely turnaround times.
• Environmental monitoring of the lab, controlled areas, and spaces as applicable.
• Prepare media, perform quality checks, and sterilize testing equipment.
