Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. in Coppell, TX, seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead raw material, component, bulk, and finished goods testing, ensuring adherence to specifications and KPIs. You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and QA to release materials on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong cGMP knowledge, ASQ CQE/CRE/SSGB is a plus, and proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in CPG/food/pharma/manufacturing sector.
• Experience with cosmetic/OTC product requirements per cGMP and FDA CFR 21 Part 210/211.
• Experience overseeing raw material, component, or bulk testing.
• At least 3 years in root cause analysis and CAPA development/implementation.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing of raw materials, components, bulk, and finished goods.
• Ensure SOPs followed and safety standards maintained.
• Track and monitor department KPIs for timely releases.
• Provide guidance and leadership to QC Technicians.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and QA.
• Document results and report non-conformances.
• Generate GMP-compliant records as required by SOPs.
• Support GDP on packaging documentation.
• Own special projects and drive process improvements.
• Perform other duties as required by Quality Management.
