Job summary

Zoetis in Michigan is seeking a QO Lab Analyst to support quality operations by performing qualitative and quantitative assays on raw materials, APIs, or finished products. You will interpret data for GMP impact, train others as needed, and participate in laboratory investigations in a fast-paced, team setting.

The role requires a degree in chemistry or related sciences and 2+ years of QC experience, with proficiency in high-complexity techniques such as HPLC or uHPLC.

Qualifications

• AAS, BA/BS, or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science.
• A minimum of 2 years related experience in Quality Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents qualitative or quantitative assays using standard to automated equipment.
• Interprets data for accuracy, precision, trends and GMP impact; recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains high productivity with low error rate and attention to detail.
• May train others as skills and knowledge allow.
• Participates in laboratory investigations as required.
• May write routine assay protocols or conduct assay/process/instrument qualifications.
