Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a medical device client in the Irvine, CA area. The role involves performing in-line inspections of assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The position is scheduled on the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm, with expectations to work independently and manage workload with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing in-line inspections of assemblies and finished products.
• Experience with ERP systems and accurate documentation of inspection findings.
• Ability to work independently on an off-shift schedule (2nd shift).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-line inspections of assemblies and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
• Document inspection findings accurately in ERP system.
