Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a medical device client in the Irvine, CA area. The role involves performing in-line inspections of assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The position is scheduled on the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm, with expectations to work independently and manage workload with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing in-line inspections of assemblies and finished products.
• Experience with ERP systems and accurate documentation of inspection findings.
• Ability to work independently on an off-shift schedule (2nd shift).

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a medical device client in the Irvine, CA area. This individual will support manufacturing operations by performing in-line inspections of assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This is a 2nd shift position scheduled Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm. Due to the nature of the schedule, the ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, making sound quality decisions, and effectively managing their workload with limited oversight.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong focus on in-line inspectionsMedical Device industry experienceExperience performing visual inspections, product reviews, and documentation reviewsStrong ERP system experienceStrong computer skills and ability to accurately document inspection findingsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision on an off-shift scheduleExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsReceiving inspection experienceExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP)
