Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician (Inspection) to ensure parts meet drawing specifications and standards at our Indianapolis, IN facility.

You will inspect components, operate a CMM, record data, and help identify non-conforming material, reporting to the inspection supervisor in the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Department.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical part inspection background with multiple years' experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend part prints with GD&T fundamentals (required).
• Detail oriented, quality conscious with an aptitude for capturing and maintaining accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming components/materials in line with predefined inspection plans; use appropriate hand gauges and equipment as required for individual part inspections.
• Use a CMM machine to run pre-developed programs to inspect incoming material; enter quality data into the proper database.
• Record non-conformance data in the applicable database and provide feedback to appropriate personnel when required; transfer material according to its status.
