Qualifications

• 10+ years in QC/QA in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of LabWare LIMS, GMP, and quality systems.
• Familiarity with USP, Health Canada, and EMA testing standards.
• Proven leadership managing large teams across multiple shifts.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a QC chemistry lab team in a GMP environment.
• Oversee testing, inspections, investigations, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of QC programs and methods.
• Lead CAPA and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, and Tech Services.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
