You will work hands-on with HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and other analytical techniques, ensure cGMP compliance and data integrity, mentor QC chemists, and collaborate with QA, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical QC laboratory, preferably in sterile injectable manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF, etc.) and GMP-compliant laboratory operations.
• Knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations, USP standards, ICH guidelines, and data integrity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, verify, and validate analytical methods for raw materials, in-process samples, stability samples, packaging materials and finished products.
• Support testing applicable to sterile IV-bag products including identification, assay, impurities, osmolality, particulate matter, TOC and density.
• Lead and/or support investigations (OOS/OOT, atypical results) and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain analytical documentation (methods, SOPs, CVs, CAPAs, change controls).
• Coach, mentor, and train QC Chemists on analytical techniques and safe laboratory operations.
