Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a QC Analyst to support in-process, final product, and stability testing. This on-site role involves documentation review, deviations handling, and continuous improvement efforts.

The position follows a Wednesday-Saturday 2PM-12AM shift, with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced team. Ideal candidates have 0-2+ years in analytical testing in regulated environments, familiarity with laboratory techniques, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in science or closely related field.
• Associate’s degree with equivalent education and work experience may be considered.
• 0-2+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and safety practices.
• Prior experience in cell and molecular biology techniques (e.g., cell-based assays, flow cytometry) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• May review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Support document revision, CAPA, deviations and investigations, and continuous improvement tasks.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
