Job summary

Avid Bioservices is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Quality Control to support manufacturing, validation, process development and stability studies in a GMP setting. You will utilize ELISA and cell-based immunoassays, plus SDS-PAGE/IEF, with an emphasis on method development and continuous improvement.

The role requires a strong GMP background, hands-on assay experience, and ability to contribute to regulatory readiness through testing, SOP writing, and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology/biochemistry/chemistry or equivalent scientific field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on GMP experience.
• Experience with analytical testing and writing procedures, GMPs and regulatory audits.
• Strong cell-based assay, qPCR, ELISA, analytical biochemistry and/or chemistry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review routine ELISA/cell-based immunoassays and SDS-PAGE/IEF.
• Execute aseptic sampling and clean room procedures.
• Review, revise, and write test methods and SOPs; may lead validation projects.
• Write study protocols and reports; train other analysts; collaborate with other departments.
