Job summary

Aptonet is seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer to join a fast-paced technology team supporting enterprise applications in the Banking & Financial Services industry. This onsite role is based in Omaha, NE or Greenwood Village, CO and is contract-to-hire.

Required 6+ years in software testing, SDLC understanding, Agile/Scrum experience, API testing, security testing, and SQL for backend validation; strong defect reporting and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing or Web Application Testing.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing.
• Experience performing Security Testing.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation and database testing.
• Expertise in test execution, defect management, quality reporting, and test documentation.
