Digital Disbursements is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to deliver manual and automated testing across Web Apps, APIs, and data migrations. You will design test strategies, implement automation with Playwright, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will drive QA best practices, support CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and data integrity. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience with automated and manual testing across web apps, APIs and data migration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software testing standards and best practices.
• Hands-on automation experience, preferably with Playwright.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• API testing with Postman or similar tools.
• Strong SQL and MySQL background; AWS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish QA standards, policies, and procedures for all programs.
• Collaborate with IT/business stakeholders to ensure software meets technical specs.
• Perform multiple testing types (System, Integration, Data Migration, End to End, Regression, Exploratory).
• Design and run automation scripts and manual test cases.
• Report quality metrics (coverage, automation ROI, pass/fail rates).
• Coordinate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and support releases.
