Job summary

Huge is seeking a Senior QA specialist who excels in mobile app ecosystems and web platforms. You will define test strategies, debug React apps, and validate iOS/Android devices and web interfaces to ensure robust, secure products.

Collaborating with engineering and product teams, you will manage end-to-end defect lifecycles, leverage AI productivity tools, and communicate testing progress and risk in stakeholder meetings. This role is remote within Colombia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA Mobile App testing experience on iOS/Android and web.
• Strong ability to debug React apps using logs, console, and network calls.
• Proven defect reporting and lifecycle management.
• Effective client communication and quality strategy advocacy.
• Familiarity with mobile test automation frameworks (Playwright & Appium) and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI tools for QA (Claude Code, Copilot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mobile & Website Testing: Lead manual and web/mobile testing across iOS/Android devices and web experiences.
• React Application Debugging: Inspect logs, network calls, and DevTools to help pinpoint root causes.
• Defect Lifecycle & Management: Document and track bugs from report to verification and closure.
• Client Technical Communication: Report testing progress and risks in client-facing meetings.
• Service Layer & API Validation: Test BFF and APIs to ensure data integrity between frontend and backend.
• Automation & CI/CD Integration: Apply test automation and CI/CD to support quality goals.
• AI-Assisted Efficiency: Use Claude Code or similar tools to generate test cases and improve QA workflows.
